Blue Moose Designs stands firmly behind the quality of its products and services. Each item is produced using premium materials and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure consistency, precision, and durability.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Support within 15 days of receiving your order. Subject to the conditions below, Blue Moose Designs will work with you to replace, credit, or refund the affected product (excluding shipping and processing costs).

What Our Guarantee Covers

  • Defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Incorrect items shipped or significant production errors on our part.
  • Damage during shipping (reported within 48 hours of delivery).

What Is Not Covered

Because all Blue Moose Designs products are custom made-to-order, refunds or replacements cannot be issued for issues that result from customer-provided content or selections, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Low-resolution, blurry, or poor-quality uploaded images.
  • Design mistakes introduced by the customer during the design process.
  • Incorrect product type, color, or size selected by the customer.
  • Color variations due to monitor calibration or material/fabric differences.

Please review your designs and order details carefully before final submission. In order to keep costs affordable, Blue Moose Designs does not manually proof or edit customer-uploaded artwork unless specifically included as part of a paid design service.

Copyright Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you hold all necessary legal rights, licenses, or permissions to reproduce every design, logo, or image used in your order. Blue Moose Designs does not verify ownership of submitted content and shall not be held liable for any copyright or trademark violations.

The customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Blue Moose Designs against any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from alleged or actual infringement of intellectual property rights related to submitted artwork or content.
